One of the most defining experiences in his journey came while coaching the Ohio Storm 2002 team. Every player on that team went on to play college softball and earned a college education. Seeing that outcome firsthand made Marc realize just how much this game can offer young athletes, not only in competition but also in life-changing opportunities, education, and personal growth.

Throughout the years, Marc had the privilege of coaching his daughters and being part of their softball journeys. From practices and tournaments to long conversations about the game, he experienced firsthand the memories, lessons, and relationships that make softball so special. Those moments helped shape his belief that the game is about much more than what happens between the lines.

Today, Marc is the owner of 4TheGirlsFastpitch, where he combines his love for coaching, player development, and creating opportunities for young athletes. His goal is to build experiences where players can compete, grow, and create the same lifelong memories that made softball such an important part of his family’s story. For Marc, 4TheGirls is a continuation of what he has always loved most about the game: helping athletes believe in themselves, chase their goals, and enjoy every step of the journey.

If you ask Carlena where she grew up, the answer is simple: at the softball field.

Some of her earliest memories are loading up before sunrise with her dad, who was also her coach and biggest supporter, chasing tournaments across the country and spending weekends at the fields. From the time she first picked up a glove, softball became a way of life. The early mornings, long drives, and hours spent competing and learning alongside him shaped who she is today.

Carlena spent years traveling with Ohio Storm 2002 before playing four years of collegiate softball at California University of Pennsylvania. Those years brought competition, travel, and lifelong memories, but more importantly, they reinforced how much the game can shape a person’s character and future.

Through softball, she learned resilience, discipline, humility, and the importance of showing up for others. More than anything, she learned how meaningful those tournament weekends are for both athletes and families.

Today, those values are the foundation of 4TheGirlsFastpitch. Carlena is focused on creating experiences that go beyond the game. Years from now, she knows the girls will not just remember scores; they will remember early morning drives, conversations after tough losses, celebrations after big wins, and the time spent together.

For Audri, softball has always been about people.

She grew up surrounded by the game, with softball woven into her everyday life. Her dad was a coach, and her sister played travel ball, so she was constantly around fields, practices, and the energy of competition. That early exposure helped shape her love for the game and her appreciation for the relationships, effort, and commitment that come with being around the sport every day.

After playing the game growing up, she found her passion on the other side of the field, helping young athletes grow into confident players and even better people. As a teacher and assistant varsity softball coach at Bloom-Carroll High School, she has the opportunity to make an impact every day, both in the classroom and on the diamond.

In 2026, Audri was part of a Bloom-Carroll coaching staff that helped guide the program through a memorable season, culminating in an OHSAA State Championship appearance. The year reflected the hard work, commitment, and family atmosphere she strives to build with every team she coaches.

Her passion for developing athletes extends beyond the high school season. Through 4TheGirlsFastpitch, Audri is committed to creating tournaments where players can compete at a high level, build lasting friendships, and make memories with the people who support them every step of the way.
