Our Mission
At 4 The Girls Fastpitch, our mission is to build a community where female athletes are supported, encouraged, and given every opportunity to succeed through female empowerment, meaningful connections, and lasting social impact. We are committed to creating experiences that go beyond the game by bringing together players, coaches, families, and college programs while helping young women grow as athletes, leaders, and as people. Whether through competitive tournaments, recruiting opportunities, or investing back into our athletes, everything we do is rooted in one purpose: empowering girls to chase their dreams, strengthening our community, creating a positive social impact, and building lifelong connections that extend far beyond the softball field.

About Us
4 The Girls Fastpitch is dedicated to the spirit of the game and its players. Our goal over the last 10 years has been to help players analyze, evaluate, and determine which colleges pique their interest and then get those college coaches' attention. We have helped over a hundred softball players secure a softball and academic scholarship at the school they desired to attend.
Now we have decided to share this knowledge and experience with you.
We bring to you the opinions and direction of multiple college coaches at every division level. Over 10 years of travel ball experience, the director of one of the highest-level tournaments in the Midwest that consistently attracts 95+ college coaches, and an experienced travel ball coach with effective communication skills with players, travel ball, and college coaches.
Our website focuses on the Event Center, which showcases the events we host every year. The participation response for these events is “positively overwhelming".

Every Midwest Elite Invite weekend, the schedule clears for one game that isn't about the bracket. In partnership with Unstoppable Youth Sports, our tournament athletes take the field alongside kids with disabilities and special needs — a reminder that this game belongs to everyone.
