refund policy
2020 Pandemic
Due to the 2020 pandemic, we decided to revise our refund policies for all events.
Under normal circumstances where weather is the issue (think prior to 2020). A game is considered “Played” after the first pitch is thrown.
- 0 games played = 60% refund
- 1 game played = 40% refund
- 2+ games played = 0% refund
Pandemic type circumstances (think Covid 19 or 2020)
- Full refund minus a $50.00 administration fee
- All refunds are sent out within 10 business days
SPECIAL NOTE:
** There will be “0” refund if a team cancels once the event schedule is complete. **
